Return & Refunds Policy

We offer refunds for returns up to 30 days after the delivery date (reason for return is not necessary).

Terms

If you wish to return an item, it must be undamaged and in original condition. In case of a defect, the product must have been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

Instructions

If your order meets the above terms, you can start the return process by contacting us at Support@desireeauckland.com Please provide your order number and in case of breakage also a picture of the product.

Please do not send the return to the sender. We will provide you with the correct return address, which is our central warehouse in Asia. You as a customer are responsible for the shipping costs when returning your order.

Refunds 

Once we have received your return and it meets the conditions above, we will make a refund. Depending on your payment method and bank, you will be able to see your refund within 5 to 10 business days.
